What if I need my furniture for longer than my rental agreement?

We understand these situations can be unpredictable, so simply let us know as soon as you can and we will be more than happy to extend your contract on a weekly ad hoc basis.

Will I have to unpack everything?

Absolutely not – not only do we deliver, we fully install. Our uniformed installation team will put the items exactly where you want them and install down to the finer details; TVs tuned and beds made.

What is the minimum rental period?

You can rent our furniture for as little as one day. Naturally the longer the rental contract, the less you pay per week or month. As long as your overall rental charge at the end of your rental period exceeds £1140 (including VAT) and 8 furniture items, we can help you.

How quickly can I have my rental furniture?

Our streamlined process allows us to minimise stress and maximise efficiency, often installing our furniture for our clients within 24 hours of a contract signature.

What standard of furniture should I expect?

All of our furniture is carefully selected for its stylish design and high-quality craftsmanship. We only provide top quality items that are built to last. Although some items may not be brand new, they will always be in showroom condition.

I’m relocating – can I get my furniture delivered before I move?  

Absolutely. The delivery and installation of your furniture can coincide with your relocation schedule, often before you arrive. 

I am concerned about Covid-19 and hiring furniture, is it safe?

We have comprehensive Covid-19 procedures in place.  These are reviewed as and when new information is published by the UK government.  The current procedure details will be provided prior to delivery or collection of your items.

How can I pay?

However is best for you! We accept bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards. 

One month rental payment* plus the delivery and collection charge is due prior to your order being delivered. A dilapidation deposit is also required prior to delivery and this is held against any damage that may occur during the rental period, please note we accept signs of normal wear and tear.  On-going monthly payments will conveniently be made by Direct Debit.

*If the hire period is shorter than three months, all hire costs will be taken prior to delivery.

Will my items be insured?

I am a consumer and I wish to cancel my Rental Contract, how do I do so?

The right to cancel a current rental contract applies to consumers only, and notice must be given in writing to us within the first 14 days of a Rental Contract.  Please click here to complete the cancellation form.
